Wow, staying at this hotel was such a treat! The rooms had so much floor space and were conveniently serviced at 4:00 pm. They were cozy with comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and shower, plus plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. The location near shops, restaurants, and UCSB made the stay even better.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy, but the overall feel of the hotel was a bit rundown and dark. The service was friendly and accommodating, but it lacked some depth, especially on the night shift. The location was convenient with ample parking but slightly off from our initial preference. The dining options were tasty but overpriced in my opinion.
